How it Works
From the first enquiry to the final bench test, every job follows a clear process so you know what is happening, what it will cost and what result we are aiming for.
1. Tell Us What’s Wrong
Tell us what the replica is doing, when the problem started, anything that has recently changed, and what you want the replica to do better. The more useful information we have at the start, the quicker we can narrow down the likely cause.
4. Approve the Work
We explain what we found, what we recommend, and what it will cost before proceeding. Photos and videos can be provided during the work, and video calls can be arranged where useful so you can see the problem, discuss options or follow the work being carried out. Nothing additional is charged or fitted without your approval.
2. Book the Bench
Once we understand the basic job, we agree how the replica will get to us and collect the information needed before work begins. This helps avoid delays and makes sure the right expectations are set from the start.
5. Complete the Work
The agreed repair, service, upgrade or optimisation work is carried out carefully, with attention to the replica as a complete system rather than simply fitting parts in isolation.
3. Inspect & Diagnose
We inspect the replica, reproduce the fault where possible, and check the systems most likely to be responsible. The aim is to identify the actual cause before recommending parts or additional work.
6. Bench Test
Once the work is complete, the replica is tested to confirm the fault is resolved and the agreed result has been achieved. Chronograph and consistency checks are carried out where appropriate, with results recorded for reference.
7. Return Field Ready
Once testing is complete, the replica is returned with the agreed work finished, the result checked, and any relevant findings or recommendations explained clearly.
