Technical Work. One Clear Rate.
£35 per hour + parts
From diagnosis and fault finding to repairs, servicing, upgrades and performance work, all technical labour at The Airsoft Bench is charged at £35 per hour.
You are paying for bench time, technical knowledge and proper testing, not for a predetermined list of parts or an arbitrary service package.
Before any chargeable work begins, we'll assess the rif, identify what is actually causing the problem and discuss the sensible way forward with you.
That means:
Diagnosis before replacement: We find the problem before recommending parts.
Technical work at £35/hour: Repairs, servicing, upgrades, HPA work, hop and barrel work, troubleshooting and performance optimisation all use the same labour rate.
Parts charged separately: You only pay for the parts actually needed and agreed.
No surprise work: If the job turns out to need more labour or different parts than expected, we'll stop and talk to you first.
Every rif is bench tested: Every rif is tested after the work is completed to make sure everything is functioning correctly and the work has achieved the intended result.

How the cost works
Labour: £35/hour

Testing: Included as part of the technical work
Labour is billed by the hour, with the first hour charged in full and any additional time charged proportionally in 15-minute increments.
Parts are charged separately where applicable. Additional work is only carried out after approval. Exact pricing may vary depending on the replica, condition and complexity of the job.
Collection, Delivery & Postal Work
Local collection and delivery can be arranged where practical, with any associated costs agreed in advance before collection. Where The Airsoft Bench is already attending a local airsoft site, collection or return of your rif at that site is available at no additional charge. Postal repairs are also accepted from across the UK, with postage costs agreed separately.
